Who is this person at my customer’s store?

Someone we’ve already checked out. We verify their phone, get their photo, run a background check and interview them. Your driver gets their name and photo by text, so they know who’s coming. They show up ready to work and act like part of your crew.

My driver already unloads. Why pay for a helper?

Because your driver can’t do it all. Drivers who unload every stop wear out and quit, and good drivers who can’t lift won’t take the route. With a helper, the truck gets unloaded faster, you make your windows, and the shipper sends you more loads. And it costs a lot less than what the route pays you.

What if the route changes, or the truck’s already at the next stop?

Your driver gets the helper’s name and photo, so they can text each other and meet wherever the truck is. If the route moves around a lot, book a ride-along and the helper stays with the truck all day.

I tried Craigslist and temp agencies. Why is this different?

You deal with one company for every stop. We check every helper, you rate them after each job, and the good ones keep coming back to your routes.

What if it runs long?

Keep the helper on as long as they’re free. The extra time just gets added to the job.
